In order to hold your room we do require your credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code and the 3 digit code on the back of the card. Your card will not be charged until you arrive. We would also appreciate an estimated time of arrival.
Please let us know the number of people planning to stay in the room. The room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $15.00 charge for each additional person.
Be aware that due to the historic nature of the building we do not have an elevator and all of our rooms are up one flight of stairs.
In order to insure peace and quiet for everyone, we can not accommodate children under 12 or pets.
A two night minimum stay is required during peak seasons and holidays.
Cancellation Policy: We do require a 72 hour minimum. Please realize we are reserving the room for you; and you will be charged for at least one night if you do not cancel your reservation in the required time limit. There are no refunds if you choose to leave early.
All of our rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking is allowed on the private porches.
Guests who violate smoking or pet policy will be charged $100.00 cleaning fee
Check in is 3-9 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
Check out is 11a.m.
$25.00 an hour will be charged for checkouts after 12:00pm
$50.00 charge for keys not returned at check out.
